NO REFUNDS. NO CANCELLATIONS. store credit only. eligible items can be returned for store credit only for 10 days after delivery. one.eleven is not responsible for return shipping costs. contact the store directly at oneeleven.inquiry@gmail.com to proceed with the return process.

items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused. anything outside of these qualifications are not eligible for a return

once received, one.eleven will process the return within 7 days. you will receive an email confirmation of the total store credit amount.
